Smoke-Free Environment

To ensure a healthy and enjoyable experience for all our guests and staff, The Station House Hotel is a fully smoke-free property.

Please note: A deep cleaning fee of €120 will be charged to any guest who smokes in their room or elsewhere within the hotel premises.

We kindly ask that all smoking guests use the designated smoking area located outside, at the rear of the Depot Bar & Restaurant.

Standard Bookings:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a charge equivalent to the first night's accommodation.

Non-Refundable Bookings:

A prepayment of the total price will be charged at any time prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation, modification, or no-show, the full amount of the reservation is non-refundable and will be charged.

• Children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing beds and sharing a room with an adult on a room-only basis.

• Children under 2 years stay free of charge when using children's cots/cribs.

• The maximum number of extra beds per room is 1.

• The maximum number of cots/cribs per room is 2.

• Extra beds and cots/cribs are subject to availability and must be requested and confirmed in advance of arrival.
